Tues – Beef brisket sandwich (Crock Pot)
Weds – chicken fajitas
Thurs – pasta w/crusty bread and sister-provided homemade sauce. Mmm.
Fri – left-overs/Cuban rice*
Extras – chicken stew (O-paa!)
